| The BPA believes in balancing the media in Beiteynu. With the already established Beiteynuese Media Commission (BMC) (see: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=687303), we see the need to establish a public media solely for the purpose of education and information purposes. We also believe this bill will help our low-income families to have access to free public cable networks for information, education and even entertainment.
