| Article 1: The Federal Union of Gaduridos shall become a vessel of the Crown of Luthori. Upon the passage of this Constitutiional Amendment, His Most Excellent Imperial & Royal Majesty, Charles XI of the House of Orange-Villayn Armstead, by the Grace of God and Commonwealth, Holy Luthorian Emperor, King of Mordusia, Prince of Orange-Villayn, Duke of Carington, Duke of Sewallston, Head of the Imperial Commonwealth, Head of His Majesty's Privy Council, Supreme Head of the Holy Luthori Church and Defender of the Faith shall be granted the title King of Gaduridos. Article 2: The Federal Union of Gaduridos shall be granted a part of the Imperial Commonwealth Article 3: The new ruler will be granted 30 seats to distribute to the House of Peers to whomever they may please including giving the rights to vest these seats with the government of Luthori. Article 4: All bills passed by the Parliament of Gaduridos will be sent to Luthori for Royal ascension and can be challenged by the Government of the Holy Luthori Empire within one year of passage of the bill. Article 5: A 2/3 majority of all of Parliament is required for the repeal of this Constitutional Amendment and a Referendum of the people will be required to completely remove the new King of Gaduridos as head of State. Article 6: This constitutional amendment will go into effect following approval of this request from His Most Excellent Imperial & Royal Majesty, Charles XI of the House of Orange-Villayn Armstead, by the Grace of God and Commonwealth, Holy Luthorian Emperor, King of Mordusia, Prince of Orange-Villayn, Duke of Carington, Duke of Sewallston, Head of the Imperial Commonwealth, Head of His Majesty's Privy Council, Supreme Head of the Holy Luthori Church and Defender of the Faith And The Luthorian House of Commons with a 5 year grace period for preparation of becoming a Crown Vessel |
