Voting deadline: December 5316
Description[?]:
Previous legislation has resulted in the disturbing trend towards disequalibrium between the social classes of Ikradon and stagnant growth in avenues of employment as well as domestic and foreign investment. The key to tackling this dismal failure on the part of policymakers is to delegate the setting of working hours and collective bargaining to local government while providing tax incentives to employers and solidifying the foundation for a pragmatic and fiscally beneficial system of corporate profit sharing. To compliment the latter two components of this bill, IAF seeks to implement a living wage to transcend the theresold of the nuclear family to improve living standards for workers. However, this will unfortunately have to come at the expense of the continuatiom of their representation on corporate boards. Finally, the policy of mandatory trade union membership shall have to be axed and replaced by voluntary membership as befits the economy. |
