Article 2: Legal Recognition 2.1 Comh-pòsadh (group and polyamorous marriages) shall be legally recognized as valid forms of marriage under the existing marriage laws. 2.2 Comh-pòsadh refers to a consensual and committed union between three or more adults who choose to share their lives, responsibilities, and affections. 2.3 The legal recognition of comh-pòsadh shall grant all participants the same rights, benefits, and obligations as those in traditional marriages, including but not limited to inheritance rights, healthcare decision-making, and parental rights.
