Whereas, the Special Committee on Ethics, Good Government, and Special Inquiries of the Kundrati National Assembly has conducted a comprehensive investigation into the State of Beiteynu's influence on Kundrati's foreign policies, exposing grave violations of sovereignty, political interference, and military interventions in various Terra nations; Recognizing the findings of the committee's report, which highlight the extent of collusion between former administrations of Kundrati and Beiteynu, leading to a compromised and subjugated foreign policy; Emphasizing the importance of maintaining an independent foreign policy that upholds Kundrati's national interests, respects the principles of sovereignty, and adheres to international law; Condemning the actions of the former administrations in allowing Beiteynu to exert undue influence on Kundrati's foreign policies, jeopardizing the nation's sovereignty and compromising its commitment to ethical and principled global engagement; Expressing deep concern for the consequences of this undue influence, including the violation of the rights and self-determination of other nations, the destabilization of affected regions, and the erosion of Kundrati's reputation as a responsible global actor; Hereby Resolves: 1. To condemn unequivocally the actions of the former administrations of Kundrati in permitting Beiteynu to exert undue influence on Kundrati's foreign policies, thereby compromising the nation's sovereignty and ethical standing. 2. To express full support for the findings and recommendations of the Special Committee on Ethics, Good Government, and Special Inquiries, urging swift action to rectify the systemic failures that allowed this undue influence to occur. 3. To call for a thorough review and strengthening of existing regulations and oversight mechanisms, with the aim of preventing future instances of undue influence and ensuring the protection of Kundrati's national interests in all foreign policy matters. 4. To reaffirm Kundrati's commitment to an independent foreign policy that prioritizes sovereignty, non-interference, respect for international law, and the promotion of peace, stability, and cooperation among nations. 5. To pledge our support to initiatives that promote transparency, accountability, and good governance in all aspects of Kundrati's foreign relations, recognizing that responsible global engagement requires a steadfast commitment to ethical conduct and the protection of human rights. 6. To urge the current administration and future governments to prioritize the development of a robust and comprehensive foreign policy framework that aligns with Kundrati's values, aspirations, and commitment to ethical international engagement. 7. To express solidarity with nations that have been adversely affected by the actions facilitated by the undue influence of Beiteynu, offering support and cooperation in addressing the consequences of these interventions. 8. To call for a renewed emphasis on diplomacy, dialogue, and multilateralism in Kundrati's foreign relations, with a focus on fostering mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation among nations. 9. To transmit this resolution to the President of Kundrati, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Special Committee on Ethics, Good Government, and Special Inquiries, urging them to take immediate action to implement the recommendations put forth in the committee's report. We, the undersigned representatives of the Kundrati National Assembly, hereby express our commitment to upholding the principles of sovereignty, transparency, and ethical conduct in Kundrati's foreign policies.
