Pursuant to legislation legalizing the recreational use of cannabis, this bill is introduced to reduce prior red tape established under the policy of criminalization, for farmers seeking to grow hemp. We will devolve the particularities of this issue to local farming communities, while legalizing the growth of hemp nationwide. |
