| WHEREAS, in the aftermath of the 5325 presidential and parliamentary elections, the Open Democratic Left Party (ODLS), Etxea Together (EE), Kundrati Democracy (KD), and the Union of Kundrati Minorities (UKM) have decided to form a four-way coalition to establish a stable government and pursue shared policy goals; WHEREAS, the coalition aims to prioritize the establishment of a welfare state, revitalization of Kundratijan infrastructure in logistics and social services, harmonization of educational policy, and the empowerment of Kundrati as a regional power in the Artanian continent; WHEREAS, For Kundrati has been granted a token position to provide support on government policy regarding infrastructure and transport; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the National Assembly hereby confirms the composition of the second cabinet of President Andrija Luka Vuković, with the following ministers assigned to their respective ministries: Office of the President of Kundrati: Minister-without-portfolio on Etxean and Minorities Affairs (EE) Minister-without-portfolio on Research and Innovation (KD) Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation: Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (KD) Minister of Etxean Foreign Interests (EE) Minister of Foreign Trade (ODLS) Ministry of Finance: Minister of Finance (ODLS) Minister of Economic Investments (KD) Ministry of Justice and Public Safety: Minister of Justice and Public Safety (EE) Minister of Policing (KD) Ministry of Education and Culture: Minister of Education and Culture (EE) Minister of Higher Education (UKM) Minister for Sports and the Youth (KD) Minister for Cultural Heritage and Tourism (ODLS) Ministry of Interior and Communities: Minister of Interior and Communities (EE) Minister of Public Administration (UKM) Ministry of Defence: Minister of Defence (ODLS) Ministry of Public Works and Transportation: Minister of Public Works and Transportation (EE) Minister of Housing (KD) Minister of Communications (ODLS) Minister-without-Portfolio on Infrastructure Revitalization (FK) Ministry of Agriculture: Minister of Agriculture (KD) Minister of Rural Development (EE) Ministry of Health: Minister of Health (KD) Minister of Mental Health and Old Age (ODLS) Ministry of Social Welfare and Development: Minister of Social Welfare and Development (ODLS) Minister of Social Security and Pensions (EE) Ministry of the Environment and Energy: Minister of the Environment and Energy (UKM) Ministry of Labour and Equalities: Minister of Labour and Equalities (ODLS) Minister-without-portfolio on Gender Equality (UKM) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, after a single majority vote, the new ministers shall be confirmed and officially assume their roles as full ministers, effective immediately.
