| BE IT RESOLVED - That the Supreme Assembly has been put in hold, for a proposed amendment to the constitution has been formed by the • PRACN • it shall be debated accordingly inside the Supreme Assembly and put to a vote. Article I | The Head of State has the authorized authority after the passage of this act, to repeal, enact, or rewrite, any law after a Simple Majority Approval in the Cabinet and a Simple Referendum of a needed 20% for the act, inside the Supreme Legislature. & Article II | The Head of State shall have the authority to dissolve the Supreme Legislature through a Simple Majority Approval inside the Legislature, the Legislature shall not approve of any law until the next election, the motion needs to be passed in the legislature in order to be effective, and will be needed to be upheld by the Supreme Parties votes. & Article III | The Head of State can stripe any official of any rank inside the Government, it shall not be questioned by any sort of official body, the Government can choose to re-hire the official if a 2/3 Majority in the Supreme Legislature is achieved. & Article IV | The Head of State can promote or demote any type of official, the Head of State can hire any type of person without legislative or judicial concent. & Article V | All Government Officials and all Military Officers and Servicemen must swear absolute allegiance to the Head of State, or else they can be demoted or rejected from a position in government or the military. HENCEFORTH - This amendment shall be debated inside the Supreme Assembly, and shall be put for a 66% majority vote once the debating period is over, if passed, it shall be executed. IMMEDIATELY - without the consent of the Head of State or Cabinet. WHEREAS - if such amendment is rejected, it shall be considered dead unless debated upon again. |
