BE IT RESOLVED - That a spending bill has been put forward by the Cabinet at the consent of their Head of State, the Supreme Assembly shall debate and at their consent, health authorize this new spending bill. IMMEDIATELY - after the requirements are achieved.

ARTICLE I | 35B (NED) shall be allocated to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, which will add, over the course of 30 years, 1.050T (NED), after the course is over, spending shall return to the spending before the passing of this act, this shall improve our degrading infrastructure, build new house and public works, new water treatment systems, and revitalize public transport, all of this shall allow more revenue, faster transport, and new buildings for our citizen.

ARTICLE II | 50B (NED) shall be allocated to the Ministry of Health, which will add, over the course of 30 years, 1.500T (NED), after the course is over, spending shall return to the spending before the passing of this act, all of this shall allow better healthcare for our citizens, and make our country purer and safer for our grand races to procreate and develop.

ARTICLE III | 20B (NED) shall be allocated to the Ministry of Education and Culture, which will add, over the course of 30 years, 600B (NED), after the course is over, spending shall return to the spending before the passing of this act, all of this shall allow more education methods, develop our curriculum, allow our citizens to become smarter and mindful, teach everyone how to follow the path to grandness by eliminating and disrupting all other races that are inferior to our best, and teach our citizens about our great culture.

ARTICLE IV | 20B (NED) shall be allocated to the Ministry of Research and Technology, which will add, over the course of 30 years, 600B (NED), after the course is over, spending shall return to the spending before the passing of this act, all of this shall allow our nation to progress technologically, give us vital research for new infrastructure and production methods, give us an edge over our evil enemies, and give us the power of one day harnessing the power nuclear energy.

HENCEFORTH - This spending bill shall be debated inside the Supreme Assembly, once the requirements are achieved, it shall be binding, and the spending shall be allocated. WHEREAS - if such spending is rejected, it shall be considered dead unless debated upon again.
