| BE IT RESOLVED - That the Head of State and their Loyal Cabinet has reacted accordingly by proclaiming/decreeing a set of laws and orders that are set below, that are to be followed accordingly by. ALL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND MINISTRIES - as directed by the Head of State. ARTICLE I | The governments military and paramilitary organizations shall commence Operation Giebil, the nation shall be purged of all traitors, punishments for such traitors and its requirements shall be listed in ARTICLE III and ARTICLE IV. ARTICLE II | The government shall recognize that Operation Giebil is to be carried out by the Secret Paramilitary Organization, the Ministry of Interior Affairs, and the Ministry of National Defence. ARTICLE III | All peoples deemed to be traitors and enemies of the state shall be eliminated immediately by firing squad and death by hanging, all peoples that put up a resistance against arrest shall be tortured to death. ARTICLE IV | To be considered traitors and enemies of the state, the following crimes will have to be committed: Treason, Bribery, Resistance against the State, Plans and Acts of Overtures to Foreign Countries, Plan or Acts to Overthrow the Government, Lies under Oath, Misinformation Campaigns, Plans to Incite Violence, Inciting Revolution, Assassination, Assassination Attempts, Smuggling Resources and Secret Plans to Foreign Nations, Leaking Classified Data, Disrupting the Government, Disrupting Society, Destroying Evidence, Smuggling Drugs and Narcotics into the Nation, Acts of Terrorism, and Acts to Undermine the Armed Forces. ARTICLE V | The Head of State has the power to arrest any official of any office or rank, without question, and has the power to declare individuals enemies of the state or traitors. HENCEFORTH - This decree/proclamation shall be put forward for a referendum of acknowledgement inside the Supreme Assembly of Ministers, this referendum shall be. RESOLVED - with a 40% in favor vote. WHEREAS - if such referendum is rejected, it shall be considered dead unless debated upon again. |
