In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8088&p=145763#p145764), Cildania is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the approved cultural protocol. All players must be abide by this. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name. --OVERVIEW-- Cildania is a diverse country inspired by Malta, the Maghreb and the wider Mediterranean region. Historically the culture of Cildania was based on a modern interpretation of the Carthaginian Empire and most of the population was Phoenician-speaking. Although this is no longer the case, its culture remains influenced by this history. The majority of the population today is Maltese.
