On 20 January 5361, His Serene Highness Grand Prince Ġakbu Maria issued the following Charter for the County of Kammum under Chapter 2 of the Principalities, Counties, and Local Councils Act of 5336 [https://tinyurl.com/PCLC-Act-5336]:

(1) The County of Kammum (Kontea ta' Kammum) shall consist of the Local Councils (Kunsilli Lokali) of Kammum, Kesep, and Funzer. The administrative centre of the County of Kammum shall be the Local Council of Kammum.

(2) The County of San Kammum shall be organized with a hereditary Count (Konti) as per (4.3.a) of the Principalities, Counties, and Local Councils Act of 5336.

(3) The County of Kammum shall be granted to the head of the House of Mattanid-Gisconian, with hereditary succession as per the House Law of the House of Mattanid-Gisconian. (OOC: under the control of wu-ci, or Wu Han).
