| 1.) HUTORIAN ARMED FORCES APPROPRIATIONS 1.) Upon the Passage of this Bill the Department of National Defense will endeavor to obtain the equipment necessary to fully equip 18 Combat Divisions based on the Criteria and Organization kf the 4664 DeCoste Defence Reforms Model. 2.) The Department of National Defense will acquire the equipment necessary to fully equip 20 Air Wings of the Royal Hutorian Air Force. These Air Wings will be a mixed between Fighter, Mixed Composite, Transport and Bomber Wings based on the 4664 DeCoste Defence Reforms Model. 3.) The Department of National Defence will place tenders to build for the Royal Hutorian Navy enough vessels to equip at least six Carrier Strike Groups and other vessels as they deem necessary. 2.) HUTORIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE 1.) HSIS will have its budget increased to [[Publicly redacted, privately increased to 15%]] of the Department of Foreign Affairs budget. 2.) The Glentingham Agriculture College will be reopened, it's operating budget borne by HSIS Operating Budget and from the Federal Budget from the Department of Education & Culture. 3.) HUTORIAN SECURITY ESTABLISHMENT FOR COMMUNICATIONS 1.) HSEC Operating Budget is hereby increases to [[15%] of the Department of Science & Technology. 4.) OTHER APPROPRIATIONS 1.) Other Appropriations will be utilized from the NDP Fund on an as needed basis once approved by the Department of Finance. |
