Article I There shall be no elections within the Rildanorian State Article II There shall be no political movements other than National Organisation for Unity of Rildanor and Seleya or political organisations permitted by the Head of the Rildanorian State. Article III Department of Internal Security of the Commissariat for Security shall be established to root out any internal threats to Unity, Stability, and Security of the Rildanorian State. Article IV There shall be no human or other rights endangering the Unity, Stability, and Security of the Rildanorian State. Article V There shall be no independent media endangering Unity, Stability, and Security of the Rildanorian State |
