Bill: The Better Funding Deal of July 5375

Details

Submitted by[?]: Partie Nationale

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 5376

Description[?]:

The Partie Nationale propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Royaume Uni de Lourenne (Lourenne).

We must be willing to put our promises into action, and unfortunately promises cost money. We're proposing new increases to what we consider our Pillars, the fundamentals of a properly functioning democracy, to improve outcomes for everyone across Lourenne. We're proposing massive increases to the budgets of Justice, Infrastructure and Transport, Internal Affairs, a 1.5bn increase in the budget of Health and Social Care, a 500m increase in the Education budget and a record 2.5bn extra invested in Science and Technology.

To deliver on action is hard if we do not fully utilise the massive potential this country has, and ignore fundamental parts of our society, and we risk inaction if we do not address the scales of challenge.
