| 1.) ADVERTISING 1.) Controlled Substances within Hutori must contain clear warning of possible negative side affects of use if advertised publicly. Such Warnings need to be approved by the Public Health Agency of Hutori before their use. 2.) SALE 1.) Recreational drugs, are to be labelled as Legal Controlled Substances. The full list of Legal Controlled Substances are to be regulated, monitored and updated by the Public Health Agency of Hutori 2.) Private entities wishing to sell Recreational Drugs, as approved by the Public Health Agency of Hutori, follow the same regulations of sale, control and protection as all other entities engaged in the commercial sale of Legal Controlled Substances. 3.) Entities must register with both their Provincial Department of Health authority and with the federal Public Health Agency of Hutori |
