Likatonia has at no point in time during the last 25 to 30 years had to enact curfews or national emergency legislation in the service of public safety in order to combat and curtail civil unrest or terrorism within the confines of its borders, thus it stands to reason that the retention of such policies as these constitute a redundancy and ought to be repealed promptly. |
