Bill: Trade Union Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Yemin Hadash - Hithadshut Leumit

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 5394

Description[?]:

This act seeks to reduce the overwhelming power that Trade Unions have in relation to employers in this nation. There needs to be a fair balance between protecting the rights of the workers and that of employers in order to facilitate a competitive and healthy economy. The overwhelming power that we have allowed the unions to hold must therefore be reduced in the view of the New Right party.

Shifra Menahem,
Leader, New Right
