| The Jelbek Khanate, NOTING WITH HORROR the excesses and human rights abuses undertaken by an illegitimate regime in Kafuristan, including the murder of innocent foreign nationals, RECOGNIZING the obligation of the Khanate to minimize its involvement, directly or indirectly, in the perpetuation of such injustices, RECOGNIZING the role that Kafuristan's oil and natural gas exports play in the maintenance of the illegitimate regime's power, ACKNOWLEDGING that Kafuristan has already cut oil and gas exports to Beiteynu, a close Jelbek ally and centerpiece of the MSCO security apparatus, RESOLVES 1) Until such time as Kafuristan fulfills its threats and cuts exports to Jelbe, Jelbe shall make available to Beiteynu all oil and gas reserves as is necessary for their continued defense of Majatra. 2) As soon as Kafuristan fulfills its threats and cuts exports to Jelbe, Jelbe shall embargo all transfer of all goods and services to and from Kafuristan, and shall tariff at double rates all goods and services from any nation which continues to do business with Kafuristan. ----2a) The double tariff shall not apply to member states of the MSCO. 3) The Jelbek Khanate shall make available to the MSCO and to Beiteynu whatever aid is within its power to resolve the ongoing conflict with Kafuristan, be it economic or military. |
