| The Kingdom of Wrnuke, NOTING WITH HORROR the excesses and human rights abuses undertaken by an illegitimate regime in Kafuristan, including the murder of innocent foreign nationals, RECOGNIZING the obligation of the Kingdom to minimize its involvement, directly or indirectly, in the perpetuation of such injustices, RECOGNIZING the role that Kafuristan's oil and natural gas exports play in the maintenance of the illegitimate regime's power, ACKNOWLEDGING that Kafuristan has already cut oil and gas exports to Beiteynu, a respected nation and centrepiece of the MSCO security apparatus, RESOLVES 1) Until such time as Kafuristan fulfills its threats and cuts exports to Wrnuke, Wrnuke shall make available to Beiteynu all oil and gas reserves as is necessary for their continued defence of Majatra. 2) As soon as Kafuristan fulfills its threats and cuts exports to Wrnuke, Wrnuke shall embargo all transfer of all goods and services to and from Kafuristan, and shall tariff at double rates all goods and services from any nation which continues to do business with Kafuristan. ----2a) The double tariff shall not apply to member states of the MSCO. 3) The Kingdom of Wrnuke shall make available to the MSCO and to Beiteynu whatever aid is within its power to resolve the ongoing conflict with Kafuristan, be it economic or military. |
