Article 1 1.1 The Hutorian Armed Forces may use land mines only in non-civilian areas, and the Armed Forces shall maintain a record of placement locations for the purpose of assisting the opposing nation in removing the mines at the end of the conflict. 1.1.1 A record created under Subsection 1.1 shall be classified considered Top Secret. Article 2 2.1 Paramilitary organizations may not operate in Hutori. 2.2 The cabinet may authorize use of the Hutorian Armed Forces to disperse any paramilitary organization found to be operating in Hutori. |
