Included with the passage of this bill is a invitation of those de-enlisted by the Previous Reforms to rejoin at the same time in grade and service that they were at when the Government breeched and nullified the enlistment contract, as well as a re-establishment of the Militia as a full and active auxillary for the Regular Force. Officers who have re-signed will be invited to be recommissioned at their grade and time in rank and service. This bill goes back to the status quo ex ante. |
