| Be it enacted, this Special Legislative Decree empowers the government of Rutania to initiate strategic preparations and troop mobilization specifically in the provinces of Barrymore, Ardern, and Moorland, in response to the ongoing instability and civil conflict in Ikradon. Recognizing the urgency of the situation and the need for swift, decisive action, this decree grants the government the necessary authority to address the evolving crisis in these specified regions. Be it enacted, this Special Legislative Decree acknowledges the gravity of the situation in Ikradon, where internal strife poses a threat to regional stability and security. The government, conscious of its responsibility to protect the interests of Rutania and contribute to the restoration of peace in Ikradon, seeks parliamentary approval for the deployment and readiness of military forces in the designated areas. Be it enacted, this Special Legislative Decree affirms the commitment of the government to intervention in Ikradon ensuring regional stability in the land that borders the provinces of Barrymore, Ardern, and Moorland. While executive powers allow for immediate action, the government, in the interest of transparency and democratic value, has chosen to seek the endorsement of both houses of Parliament. Be it enacted, once amassed and assembled the executive branch has full control over the armed forces as is convention in Rutania. This legislation requires a super majority of two thirds in both Houses of Parliament to be enacted. |
