| This bill shall be titled "Dolgavan Child Tax Credit of 5409" 1. Recognizing the need and desire for the Dolgavan population to grow 2. Realizing the harsh financial burden of raising a family in this economic setting involving extra food, clothing and needs of children and 3. Recognizing the need or financial assistance for young families This bill amends the Dolgavan Tax Code to do the following 1. Establishes a "Dolgavan Child Tax Credit" which does the following, For the first child born to a legally married couple that child shall have a tax allowance of 5,200 DOL (OOC: same value as the Euro) a year, for the second child an additional 340 DOL up until the fifth child. For the sixth child an additional 4,000 DOL shall be deducted which will stop decreasing the tax amount at the 8th child and beyond. 2. Establishes a "Dolgavan Child Benefits for Families earning under 10,000 DOL (€10,000)EUR which will be 250 DOL per month per child until they reach the age of adulthood which is 18 years old. |
