Hereafter the maximum legal workday is to be limited to 8 hours for 5 days a week. Voluntary overtime work shall be legalized and regulated by the federal devolved authorities of the 5 provinces, 5 cities, and Changtae Island. An employer may not fire an employee for refusal to complete work overtime past the legal maximum. |
