Original bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=698290 Moderation/Role Play Committee approval: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=7891&start=590#p191239 Please note that if your party is not respecting that bill, it is likely to be inactivated by the Moderation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Be it enacted by the Imperial Diet, the following: [Article 1] - Any political party being considered as 'anti-democratic', and being communist, anarchist, ultraconservative, ultranationalist, ultrareligious, fascist, national socialist, ordosocialist, by identity or nature, will be prohibited and automaticaly dissolved by the passage of this law. [Article 2] - If the Constitutional Court finds that a political party do not respect that ban, it can ban it with a two-thirds majority decision from it. [Article 3] - This act of the Imperial Diet empowers the police, security and intelligence authorities within Luthori to enforce the provisions of this act of the Imperial Diet and grants the Imperial Electoral Commission and the Constitutional Court the oversight of such provisions; [Article 4] - This bill needs a two-thirds majority from the Imperial Diet and can be repealed by a simple majority vote. |
