| This Act calls for the construction of a high speed rail line from Bier Qassem to Al-e-Ahmad City, with a future expansion planned to connect to Dar as-Salam. The first project will be completed by 5425, the latter by 5430. This Act will also authorize a loan of up to $250b from the Royal Development Bank (RDB), and an increase of $400b to the infrastructure budget. |
