| The Hosian Proletariat Assembly is proud to announce plans for the creation of Syndicate Mining Attano. The SMA is planned to operate in the state of Attano and look for potential minerals to mine in the North Seleyan mountain range. There has already been evidence of potential silver deposit somewhere around the Baltusian area of the mountain range and it is currently looking into a way to establish a mining quarry in this area to mine the silver deposits. The SMA also plans to eventually expend into mining a wide variety of minerals all over Baltusia and perhaps Terra. The SMA will be state-owned and funded entity. It will require an estimated startup capital of 125,000,000 BLD to purchase the materials and machinery required to set up a mining quarry in the North Seleyan mountain range. After the initial investments, the SMA will be allocated 15,000,000 BLD on an annual basis to sustain operations and ensure its continued growth and success. These funds will all be drawn from the budget of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. We believe that the SMA will kickstart the Baltusian mining industry and even create opportunities for a potential electronics sector in Baltusia. The SMA will start with a silver quarry but hopes to expand into silicon mining in the future. The SMA will ensure that it adheres to the principles and values of democracy, by granting each employee an equal vote in the decision-making, leadership and company direction processes of the company. Every part of the company will be democratized and transparent, trough the formation of worker councils withing the company existing of representatives elected by employees. These councils will hold regular meeting, to discuss a wide variety of topics such as, but not limited too, working conditions, employee concerns and the general state/heading of the company. We believe that this form of workplace democracy incentivizes greater employee engagement and create a sense of community and equality in the workplace. It will also ensure that all employees get fair pay and equal treatment. The SMA ensures both the well-being of its workers and the continued growth and existence of the company. The SMA will be a pioneer in redefining the tradition models by establishing a model centered around worker ownership and -democracy. We ask the parties to realize that this isn't just an investment into a single company, it is an investment into the future of the Baltusian mining and electronic industry. Most of the funds will also be directly re-invested into the Baltusian economy. |
