| Recognizing the abhorrent connections the "Eliyan Dollar" holds and it's immense lack of value, in order to satiate economic growth, this act looks to replace the Eliyan Dollar as legal tender and restore the previous "Hulstrian Crown" (HCR). Any tender of the Eliyan Dollar will no longer be accepted in any government institutions and will be phased out. Efforts will be made to ensure the transition is as orderly as possible. |
