Description[?]:

This amendment to the powers of the President, Cabinet and Prime Minister, the articles once passed shall be effective immediately, and will be binding to law until repeal via amendment.

Article, (i) -
Section I - The President and Prime Minister shall have newly appropriated extraordinary powers, this shall be interpreted by the Cabinet as amended under the permission of the legislature.

Section II - The Cabinet shall have newly appropriated extraordinary powers, this shall be interpreted by the President and Prime Minister as amended under the permission of the legislature.

Section III - The President shall have the power to dismiss and appoint government officials with a valid reason.
(laundering, scandals, civil disobedience, disobedience to the government, any crime in national law, inciting unrest of any kind, evasion of work, presidential deadlines, etc.)

Section IV - The Prime Minister shall have the authority to dismiss and appoint military officers at the consent of the President.

Section V - The President shall receive the powers of the Prime Minister, with the Prime Minister retaining their powers. The President shall have the authority to issue curfews and other decrees via Prime Minister approval.

Article, (ii) -
Section I - The President shall have the power to manipulate and seize any civilian data and property via the consent of the Prime Minister. The President shall have the authority to deport, threaten with expulsion, imprison, intern, and seize any civilian without consent of the Prime Minister under the pretext of internal integrity or national security.

Section II - The President shall have the authority to create any law through decree, proclamation or policy, if it is determined that it is in the best interest of the government.

Section III - The President shall have the power to enumerate powers to specific officials with the consent of the legislature, the Prime Minister shall also have this power with the approval of the President.

Section IV - The President shall have the power to initiate contingency plans, without any consent, with the informing of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Section V - The President can seize any type of information and property belonging to a corporation, business, or company, with the approval of the Cabinet. The President has the power to appropriate the budget with the informing of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Trade & Industry, without any consent via decree.

Section VI - The Prime Minister has the power to expand and control the national police forces, along with state police, without the Presidents consent, under the supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Section VIII - The President shall have the authority to control all national ministries without the consent of the Prime Minister, the President shall be ceded the control of the armed forces and paramilitary wing.

Article, (iii) -

Section I - The President shall be able to decree a legislative mandate, in which the legislature shall be required to enact, with the approval of the Prime Minister, and 1/2 of the Cabinet.

Section II - The Prime Minister shall have the authority to form a special committee, regarding any topic, (general or constitutional). The committee shall have the power to enact and enforce a legislative mandate, with the approval of 1/2 of the Cabinet.

Section III - The Cabinet shall be enabled to collectively form laws and policies on its own, and send it to the President for consideration.

Section IV - The President shall have the power to enact emergency declarations, which will subsume the legislature and judiciary into the Cabinet until the time of revocation.

Section V - The President shall have the power to dismiss a Cabinet and appoint new ministers.

Section VI - The President and Prime Minister shall have the power to appoint judges with a set of particular reasons.

Section VIII - The Internal Affairs Ministry shall have the power to enumerate powers to all civil servants and enforce any type of mandate with the approval of the President through the minister.

Article, (iv) -

Section I - The President shall have the power to enumerate powers to any ministry with a set of particular reasons. The President can form and authorize new ministries through the approval of the Prime Minister.

Section II - The Constitution will be changed accordingly to the laws and powers enacted by this amendment. The President can declare a state of war with the approval of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. The Constitution can be changed, (amendments), with a decree. Approval of 1/2 of the legislature and Prime Minister is needed to enact the decree.

Section III - The President shall have the authority to convine a special session of the legislature at will, with a particular reason of authorization. The President and Prime Minister shall have the authority to rescind any law with the approval of the other. The President shall have the authority to decree emergency powers which will be dictated and approved by the Cabinet and Prime Minister collectively.

Section IV - The President shall have the power to dictate the any administration on the provincial level, and shall be able to grant them powers through Prime Minister approval.

Section V - The government shall be subsumed into the parties controlling the state, no powers shall be changed, revoked, or enacted, and no branch or ministry shall be changed in any way.

Section VI - The President can issue foreign directives/orders to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that is required to be considered and adopted, no authorization is needed.

Section VIII - The President shall have the power to oversee and override all orders with the informing of the Cabinet, the President shall have the full authority to do so.

Article, (v) -

Section I - All constitutional clauses or general laws in conflict with this amendment shall be considered null and replaced with this amendment.

Section II - The President shall have the power to dictate the Constitution as he pleases with the approval of 1/2 of the legislature, cabinet, and prime minister.

Section III - This amendment shall be binding and immediately executed upon the passing of the amendment.

Section IV - All government officials and levels shall be changed in accordance with the amendment.

Section V - The President, Cabinet, and Prime Minister have the authority to change, rewrite, or enact new national flags, emblems, medals, banners, posters, anthem, and motto, collectively.

This amendment shall be considered binding when passed in the legislature, the constitution will be changed in accordance with all articles in this amendment, all laws and constitutional amendments prior to the enacting of this amendment, in confliction with any article, shall be considered voided. The President and Prime Minister must sign in order to be declared amended.
