Article 1: Subjects
>Anyone who has done at least two acts of racketeering within ten years shall be subject to this law
>Anyone who has encouraged someone to commit at least two acts of racketeering within ten years via any means which ensured the compliance of that person to do these acts shall be subject to this law
>>Anyone who has made an organization or contributed to the founding or operations of this organization, which does the above shall also be subject to this law
>>>Said organization can count if they either acquired or maintained an interest in, or control of, the enterprise through the pattern of racketeering activity, invested the proceeds of the pattern of racketeering activity into the enterprise, conducted or participated in the affairs of the enterprise "through" the pattern of racketeering activity, or conspired to do any of the above
>Anyone who has unknowingly encouraged someone to commit, or has committed, at least two acts of racketeering within ten years shall not be subject to this law if it is proven that the person had not known their actions constituted racketeering
>Those who have been defrauded or had their property or business damaged by anyone above may file a civil suit in a provincial or federal court seeking damages
>>The defendant must prove that there is an enterprise that exists that has done said damage and that the defendant is a part of the organization in question

Article 2: On Necessary Conditions
>Anyone charged with the conditions set in Article 1 and found guilty shall be fined up to 350,000 Kunos and a sentence of 25 years in prison per laundering/racketeering count
>>The guilty party must also forfeit all ill-gotten properties, monies, and other gains and interest as the court sees fit if the gains were gotten through the pattern of laundering or racketeering activity
>Any organization that is implicated in Article 1 shall either dissolve completely or be subject to administration or be fined up to 10% of revenue or 1,000,000 Kuno, whichever is greater
>Those who have been charged and indicted with the conditions set in Article 1 may be subject to a pre-trial restraining order or an injunction to temporarily seize the assets of a defendant and prevent the transfer of potentially forfeitable property for this task
>>The defendant may also be required to put up a contract bond to ensure compliance in the event of a guilty verdict

Article 3: On Necessary Guidelines
>Racketeering or laundering activity may be used as a charge if the defendant has done the following:
>>Violation of provincial or community statutes against gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical
>>Any act of fraud, embezzlement, theft, counterfeiting, obstruction of justice, slavery, racketeering, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder for hire, and other offenses and laws
>>Embezzlement of union or agency funds
>>Bankruptcy or securities fraud
>>Drug or weapons trafficking, including any long-term or elaborate drug distribution or trafficking networks
>>Criminal copyright infringement
>>Money laundering and related offenses
>>Bringing in, aiding, or assisting persons in illegally entering the country if this was for financial gain
>>Acts of terrorism, including violations of the Human Security Act
>>Any other breach of any other law which shall apply here at the discretion of the Legislature
>Any pattern of racketeering activity requires at least two acts that have been done after the passage of this law and the last of which must be done ten years afterward
>>Any period of imprisonment in between this time shall not count

Article 4: On Other Considerations
>This law shall become effective the moment it passes and after a five-year grace period for federal, provincial, and local law enforcement and financial enforcement agencies to transition
