| In the nation of the Union of Rildanor, the constitution stands as a bulwark of democratic values, ensuring the voice of the people is heard and respected. A key provision mandates that when the Chef de l'État Rildanorien comes from a different party than the parliamentary majority, the cabinet must include members of the largest party. Article I: Chef de l'État Rildanorien Section 1: Role of the Chef de l'État Rildanorien The Chef de l'État Rildanorien of the Union of Rildanor shall be a symbol of unity and a guardian of the will of the Rildanorian people. Section 2: Respect for the Will of the People The Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall respect and uphold the will of the Rildanorian people as expressed through democratic processes, including elections and referendums. Section 3: Formation of the Cabinet In the event that the Chef de l'État Rildanorien belongs to a different political party than the largest party in the Conseil de l'État Rildanorien, the Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall form a cabinet with members of the largest party. Section 4: Coalition Government The cabinet formed by the Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall be representative of the diversity of political opinions within the parliament and shall work collaboratively to govern in the best interests of the Rildanorian people. Article II: Responsibilities of the Chef de l'État Rildanorien Section 1: Executive Authority The Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall exercise executive authority in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Union of Rildanor. Section 2: Appointment of Ministers The Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall appoint ministers to the cabinet, subject to the approval of the parliament. Section 3: Diplomatic Relations The Chef de l'État Rildanorien shall represent the Union of Rildanor in its diplomatic relations with other nations and international organizations. |
