| This Act, if passed with a 2/3 majority, will award a government contract to Soleimani Arms-Corp. (a subsidiary of Soleimani Industries) to construct several military factories for weaponry, ammo, tanks, and airplanes, as well as the funds to produce arms and ammunition in the company's existing factories. Factory locations would be in Dar-as-Salam, Khabai and al-Buqiyaa. The contract would be for $150bn. |
