An Act to alter legislation relating to the regulation of religion and to promote a secular state; and for purposes connected therewithin. [8th November 5478] 1. Restrictions on Foreign Missionaries No foreign nationals may be permitted to enter the Kingdom of Rutania with the purpose of the promotion of a religion or religious group. 2. Public Endorsements by Religions Organisations and Figures Religious organisations, groups, figures, and officials are not permitted to issue endorsements of political parties, candidates standing for public office, and proposed or existing policies. 3. Religious Advertising and Evangelism Religious organisations are not permitted to advertise themselves in any way. 4. Policy on Religious Clothing Public and state officials are not permitted to wear or display religious symbols whilst exercising their duties. 5. Policy on Religious Schools No school or academic establishment may promote or encourage a religion. 6. School Prayers Teacher-led or encouraged prayers in schools are prohibited. 7. Short Name This Act may be cited as the Secularism Act 5478. |
