Description[?]:

A bill to improve investment into agriculture by allowing for more economic development in the industry.

In addition to the laws proposed below, this bill also proposes:

1. The creation of an independent Federación de Agricultura, (Federation of Agriculture). An agency which shall act as an advisory body to farmers, and also as the first mediator in small-scale disputes between farmers. The agency shall also ensure easy access to international trade and will ensure that farmers are aware of all regulation to make sure they are compliant. As suggested by the name, the agency shall be organised on a state-wide basis to offer region specific advice. The agency shall be run by experts and advisors of the industry.

2. The Federación de Agricultura shall be allocated funds on an annual basis to supervise and subsidise investment into new farming technology. Sole responsibility for distributing these funds shall be given to the Federation of Agriculture. To ensure that this process is fair, competitors for investment may appeal decisions to the Ministry of Agriculture, who will intervene in exceptional circumstances.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
