Bill: OOC: List of Penru Names (DO NOT DELETE)

Details

Submitted by[?]: 新새누리黨☯︎Zémundo/動民

Status[?]: debate

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Description[?]:

FOREWORD:
The Penru Language in Particracy is an analogue for the Evenk/Evenki language spoken in parts of Russia and China. Historically Evenk people did not take surnames in their culture until the arrival of foreigners. However, in Particracy, Penru people do commonly have both a given and family name as a result of the in-universe influence of Kyo (Korean) naming conventions.

In addition, names are often compound words. This means that name roots as seen below can often be combined to form new names. For instance, a popular boy's name is Sə̄ksənur, a compound of the names Sə̄ksə (blood) + Nur (arrow).
