| This act of the National Jirga will establish the positions of the Council of Ministers generally. (1) Prime Minister of the Ahmadi Republic of Solentia; (2) First Deputy Prime Minister; (3) Deputy Prime Minister(s) - Appointed by both the President and Prime Minister as they deem necessary; (4) Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Minister of Foreign Affairs (5) Ministry of Interior Affairs - Minister of Interior Affairs (6) Ministry of Finance - Minister of Finance (7) Ministry of Defense - Minister of Defense (8) Ministry of Justice - Minister of Justice (9) Ministry of Public Works - Minister of Public Works (formerly Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport) (10) Ministry of Public Health and Social Affairs - Minister of Public Health and Social Affairs (formerly Ministry of Health and Social Services) (11) Ministry of Education and Culture - Minister of Education and Culture (12) Ministry of Information and Technology - Minister of Information and Technology (formerly Ministry of Science and Technology) (13) Ministry of Food and Agriculture - Minister of Food and Agriculture (14) Ministry of Natural Resources, Water and the Environment - Minister of Natural Resources, Water and the Environment (formerly Ministry of the Environment and Tourism) (15) Ministry of Trade and Development - Minister of Trade and Developmemt (formerly Ministry of Trade and Industry) (16) Ministers with or without portfolio as determined by the President or the Prime Minister.
