| 63rd Congress of the Volksalternative - Walter Schiller is the new president of the party At the 63rd Congress of the Volksalternative, held in Sudschloss-am-der-Czimnetz, supporters came together to elect a new leader. The candidates were: • Ursula Sobottka, 63 years old, environmental engineer, former Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, member of the Bundestag for Chontalen since 5482, member of the Sozialistische Volksaktion wing (communist tendency). • Walter Schiller, 76 years old, lawyer and writer, current Ministerpräsident of Grozvic since 5493, member of the parliament of Grozvic since 5473, member of the Nationales Entwicklungsprojekt wing (left-wing nationalist tendency), supported by the Sozialistische Zukunft wing (democratic socialist tendency) . • Martin Nonnenmacher, 42 years old, mathematician and political scientist, member of the Bundestag for Julstoch since 5482, former Minister of Education and Culture, member of the Rot-Grüne Gruppe wing (eco-socialist tendency). • Alexander Giss, 52 years old, rural producer, member of the Bundestag for Chontalen since 5489, independent. • Norbert Ewart, 32 years old, software engineer, member of the Bundestag for Oderveld since 5489, independent. • Iris Szchornack, 34 years old, architect, member of the Bundestag for Grozvic since 5496, independent. The results were as follows: 1st) Walter Schiller - 51.02% 2st) Ursula Sobottka - 23.45% 3st) Norbert Ewart - 10.33% 4st) Martin Nonnenmacher - 10.21% 5st) Iris Szchornack - 4.99% Walter Schiller was then elected the new president of Volksalternative. In his speech, he stressed the importance of protecting the country, the working class, local producers, especially from large foreign capital, para uma economia forte e próspera.
