Bill: Legal Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Ruch Odbudowy Narodowej

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 5514

Description[?]:

Having reformed the nation's tax system, social security legislation, industrial relations, and health policies, our Government of National Reconstruction will now proceed to address the problems in the national legal system. A strong, independent judiciary, free from pressure group influence, and in which the individual citizen will find refuge from any unjustice on part of either other individuals or the collective, is simply indispensible for freedom and proper application of law. Therefore, we will transform the courts from arenas of populism and sectional interest into independently acting institutions.
