Sponsor: Hon. Andrew Brighton (Constantine-Qu'Appelle) Seconder: Rt. Hon. Gerrard Donaldson (Carter City–Westlock) Article 1 1.1 It shall be considered an offense to perform euthanasia on another person. 1.2 It shall be considered an offense to provide another person with a pharmaceutical or medical device for the purpose of self-performed euthanasia. 1.3 A person found guilty of contravening Subsections 1.1 and/or 1.2 shall be liable to no less than ten (10) years imprisonment. |
