Sponsor: Hon. Andrew Brighton (Constantine-Qu'Appelle) Seconder: Rt. Hon. Gerrard Donaldson (Carter City–Westlock) Article 1 1.1 It shall be considered an offense to discriminate against a person when hiring for a job on the basis of their race, ethnicity, sex, or sexual orientation. 1.2 A person found guilty of contravening Subsection 1 is liable to a fine of 10,000 Lira and/or not more than six (6) months imprisonment for a first offense, and a fine of 25,000 Lira and not more than one (1) year imprisonment for a subsequent offense. |
