This law makes it illegal for all Kalistani Nationals and Visitors to injure, in word or deed, the Person, name or reputation of the Sovereign of the Empire of Ananto and Kalistan. This immunity from insult or injury also extends to all things the Sovereign may be directly in contact with at the time, to include all people or objects. This immunity also covers all implied injury, insult or conspiracy to commit the same.

This Law is an extension of the Single Party State Law (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=706943), the Kalistani Rural Land Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=707352) and the Prison Abolition Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=482022).

Violation of this law will be treated as a Class 2b felony (Violent Offenders, Aggravated Assault), and shall be prosecuted at the National Level.
