| Zardugal shall have two separate intelligence agencies The "Oficejo por Ŝtata Sekureca" shall be subordinate to the Commissariat of Internal Affairs and is only authorized to carry out missions inside Zardugal The "Oficejo por Ŝirmado kaj Rekono" shall be subordinate to the Commissariat of Defense and is only authorized to carry out missions outside of Zardugal Both services are obliged to report to their respective superior authority and the Director |
