| It is our duty as a communist state to support other Communist revolutions across the world. After receiving assurances from both Communist factions in Rildanor that the right of Christians to worship will not be infringed upon the government is prepared to aid the revolutionaries in Rildanor. To do this we require the support of the Supreme Soviet. We plan for an initial fleet of non-combat ships carrying arms for the Communists in Rildanor and their allies in International brigades as well as ammunition, medicine and food. Protecting the ships will be the Aircraft Carrier Thague and it's battle group as well as a nuclear submarine Victory. Travelling with these ships will be 3000 soldiers of the 2rd Peoples' Marine Regiment who will prepare a forward base in Rildanor for the provision of these supplies to the revolutionaries and to protect the aid convoys. We seek permission from the Supreme Soviet to perform the above actions and to engage militarily with any forces that attempt to block Gishoto from supplying and supporting the communists in Rildanor. We also seek the power to increase our military presence in Rildanor if required without having to refer back to the Supreme Soviet. |
