| Com a Reforma da Defesa Nacional e das Forças Armadas em curso pudemos reduzir grandemente a despesa nessa área. Reduzimos também a despesa na área da Cultura uma vez que, graças aos esforços do Partido Liberal enquanto oposição, conseguimos abrir as portas de grande parte da gestão das estruturas de interesse histórico e cultural ao sector privado. Ajustámos a despesa na Justiça e nos Negócios Estrangeiros e aumentámos os apoios à Saúde, à Educação e à Administração Interna. Globalmente, conseguimos reduzir o Orçamento em 5,6%. |
