| This is together with a correcting of the national budget an ammendment to the Socialist Healt Care Program bill where we introduces free public health care. Therefore the largest expense is in this sector. Elsewhere there are mostly plotted extra funds to the budget as the now socialist nation will be able to cope with this. |
