| This bill shall remain in debate for the duly appointed Oligarchs of the Czár (may he reign forever) to make known their views and opinions, that it may be changed and altered to better suit the needs of the great nation. Henceforth the all isues concerning the culture and tradition of Deltársko shall be become subject to the following, at the direction of our beloved Czár, may he reign forever. In regards to the first and only article ; The protection of cultural sites shall be administered by the local lords, should they have reason to do so, or should neighbouring lords pay unto them coin or service in exchange for maintaining sites precious to them. In regards to copywright protection ; it shall remain that there is none, for the yield of a Deltarcana is the fruit of Deltarsko, and all shall be happy with such an arrangement, as there is no greater reward on earth than to help built up this glorious nation. In regards to libary and museum funding, there need be none. Nothing need be given on scholastic matters that are not given in school, for we shall soon have the greatest and best-educated citizenry in Terra. |
