In regards to the first and only article ; While our Absolvers have done great duty to the narodny, it has now come time to relegate their authority back to that of the higher echelons of the Vatikan, and replace them in matters of civility with the duly appointed Regent, the Dvorný Radca unto the Czár, may he reign forever. |
