Description[?]:
In order to maintain peace through out Terra the government of the Democratic Republic of Alroia recognise that arms sales must be banned. Small arms fuel insurrection and fuel the flames of violence and instability. It is in such circumstances that the most vulnerable are most likely to become victims to the horrors of war. The break down of care provision and the prevention of movement of subsistence goods generated through warfare brought about by small arms is abhorrent. This bill recognises these facts and the Democratic Republic of Alroia fulfills its obligations as a peaceable and rational nation, to do its utmost for the preservation and proliferation of peace. And as such, bans the exportation of all arms regardless of their destination being totally aware of its fallibility with regards to decisions of exportation. |
