| SO as not to foster an aggressive international environment, we, the Christian Socialist Party, propose the following reforms: ARTICLE I: The sovereign nation of Hobrazia hereby disavows the use of chemical and biological weapons in warfare for any reason. However, the nation reserves the right to develop and store such armaments. ARTICLE II: The soverign nation of Hobrazia hereby dissolves the current policy of conscription. The Army of the Republic will become completely professional. With the decrease in military size, the allocated budget shall be directed to recruitment, increased benefits and salary for the soldiers, and superior weapons and equipment. ARTICLE III: The sovereign nation of Hobrazia hereby disavows the use of nuclear weapons in warfare for any reason. The Republic still reserves the right to construct, store, and test such armaments. |
